Buying: German Lidl mobile prepaid data SIM card (new or used)

I would like to be connected by mobile internet on my notebook during my visit to Germany in the end of November this year. I need SIM card only for data transfer.
On this forum, which is great

, I found that the best buy for my needs is the German Lidl mobile prepaid SIM card and a data tariff "Handy-Internet-Flatrate" - a monthly data flatrate for € 8,99/30 days.

So, I want to buy German a Lidl mobile prepaid SIM card (new or used) with 10 or more € credit included.
SIM card should be sent to Slovenia (EU member state) and I can pay by PayPal.
