I have an Aldi Talk (Medion Mobile) SIM card with a little over 10 euros left on it.
I am in Canada, and since I do not think I will be returning to the Netherlands for a while I figured I would offer it to someone wishing to have a number activated before traveling there.

I had very good 3G coverage everywhere I went (including in Friesland), rates for voice calls are excellent, and data is pretty good at 8 euros for 250MB.
