Non UK citizen, want to buy Orange.UK prepay at Stanstead /Luton?

Irish citizen. Orange.UK have a an Android phone, San Francisco, that I would like to buy. My only reasonable way of getting this is when transiting through either Stansted or Luton Airport.

Anybody done this and been happy with outcome.
