I've a spare Orange Mobicarte, which I used until this morning and which I don't need anymore as it will expire before I get again to France.

It has € 1.67 of credit left, which is valid until June 13th 2010. After the credit has expired, the SIM will remain active for another six months, during which it can be recharged.

I would just charge the shipping costs, which amount to € 1 (Europe) or € 2 (rest of the world).
