I have a new German blau SIM card for sale which I bought for a friend who ended up not needing it. It's the same card I use here in Berlin and in my opinion the best deal for German prepaid SIMs. It has flat rates of €.09/minute for all calls (landline and mobile) and €.09 per SMS, plus €.22 per megabyte GPRS (or UMTS). You can also get 1GB for €9.99, one of the best deals in prepaid GPRS data, as discussed in the Europe forum.
