Hi Guys
With the new Turkish legislation now in full swing, beware many resellers selling turkish pre-paid sim cards.THESE WILL NOT WORK UNLESS THE FOREIGN PHONE IS REGISTERED (a lengthy process!).

However, Telsim have launched Blusim, which is the turkish sim card for travellers; no roaming costs, free to receive calls/texts, and local call rates (and very cheap int calls).
