teltarif is reporting a new entry in the austrian marlet, c-cubed. they are offering 10 ecents per minute to germany, canada, us & several others. 15 Euro set with 5 Euro balance. Good for Germans or others vacationing in AT.
Still think an international card offers more flexibility than a one country card UNLESS that is your MAIN destination.

17,600 [???, or 118] Google results say they work fast, but not fast enough to have their own website yet for these Austrain mobile SIMs
but try finding the Dutch one that was launched late last year - now that is difficult, as the cardsville map doesn't have a link from NL

Any idea as to whose network they're on? I was in Klagenfurt for most of the day on Monday. I was able to roam on all 4 Austrian providers. Coverage was quite good for both 2.5 GSM and 3G/UMTS networks.
