Pre-Paid in N.Italy for Voice & Data

I will be in Italy for 2 weeks in mid July and I want to get a pre-paid SIM including Voice, SMS and DATA.
I thought about DATA plan of something like 250MB/Week at least with support of VoIP and Wi-Fi Tethering (which I understand not all companies support).
I think I will not use to much voice call and SMSs, so something like 100 min/100 SMSs will be more the enough.
I read all the available info in this wonderful site and in the companies sites, but when I try to get to the finer details of VoIP and Tethering I got lost.
I will appreciate any advice….

Buy the way I will be in the area between Milano, Venice and the Dolomites

Most plans now offer VoIP.
I just updated the Data in Italy (http://www.prepaidgsm.net/en/italia/data_italy.php) page right now.

Hello Friends. I have just learned something new. The easiest way to get a italian sim with data plan are as following: Go to any electronics store and buy a 10euro Wind card(remember your passport) then wait a couple of hours for it to work(in worst case up to 48 hours). When it's working: go to www.wind.it and create an account with your new tel.No. and your codice fiscale. Viola now you can choose between most of Winds offers
