Hello.
I am looking to buy an Italian SIM card, for data use.
I would like a card that is already activated (because from I have read, the companies only sell SIM cards to citizens of Italy).

I read the thread, but I feel uncertain about the FISCALE code.
Will the clerks at TIM/Wind/Vodafone make one for me? Or do I have to go to an unofficial shop for that?
