Yes, the N95 supports quadband GSM, so it will work on American GSM networks (850 & 1900 MHz), but it won't work on American 3G networks, as those run on other frequencies (850, 1900, 1700/2100 MHz) than your (presumably European) N95 supports (2100 MHz). Be aware, that there are a couple of CDMA-network in the Americas, which are completely incompatible with GSM (e.g. Sprint and Verizon).

Thank you, may you tell me if my old Nokia 3650 will work too?

The 3650 will work on most USA GSM networks but it only has 1900 as it is only tri-band (not quadband like your N95).

Tip: Check GSMArena.com - GSM phone reviews, news, opinions, votes, manuals and more... (http://www.gsmarena.com) for GSM capability etc.
e.g Nokia 3650 - Full phone specifications (http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_3650-345.php) or Nokia N95 8GB - Full phone specifications (http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_n95_8gb-2088.php)
