Top-up O2 UK impossible using a Wind voucher

Ok, last april I top up my O2 UK simcard by a Wind voucher.

...today I take my O2 UK simcard, roaming on Wind... I call 4444 for Top Up service... IVR... ok I arrive @ "Top Up by a Starmap Mobile Voucher" and I get a strange error before to digit any number... "This number doesn't exist", one time, 2 times, 3 times... well, now is it impossible to recharge O2 UK with foreigner vouchers?

Unfortunately I'm not in the UK at the moment, or I could offer to help. I even have a spare O2 voucher on my desk next to the PC ...

Is O2 still in Starmap? I thought they were supposed to be leaving it after being purchased by Telefonica.

"officially" they are still active... listening the IVR and reading the website you can't wrong, maybe they have to change something :P
