Hey guys,

I'd like to have a direct contact with you but (almost) no one has a IM contact on his profile!

Well, do you use MSN, ICQ, AOL, Y!Messenger or something else? :P

If you want to stay in touch with me it's really easy:
MSN andtrap @ smn.sm
ICQ 48872123
AOL andtrap
Y!M glacierduport
Skype andtrap
G.Talk andtrap @ gmail.com

So, I'm waiting for you :beer:

well I tried MSN, but my version seems a bit rusty and I couldn't see any replies

probably ok now - it needed a Flash update, which is odd I thought as that was up to date ...

all the text and message history is there now - odd that a Microsoft product relies on a plug-in from elsewhere - or was that because AndreA was using a different client program?

I use Skype (as well as two Polish-only "national" IMs :)). The small problem is that there's no entry for Skype in the member's profile. Should Skype users use "Signature" for their Skype names???

I use Gaim as well and recommend the same. I am:

Stuart ======
G ======
Friedman

======

(one word, no spaces) ======

at

======

msn
aim
gmail
yahoo

or

stufried with Skype

Please excuse the odd formatting, I'm sure we all know why I had to do it.

I've had an ICQ number (123917434) for a long time but almost never use it. They used to provide free SMS but that no longer seems to work. I tend to look at IMs as being the computer equivalent of "Nextel Direct Connect": more of an annoyance than a benefit. However, I have loaded the Java ICQ client, "Jimm", on my phone and played around with it. Since I have unmetered GPRS it might have advantages over sending SMS. Any thoughts?
