By Canadian (and even US) standards, it's pretty fair though for prepaid data. Show me something, anything, that comes close.

Still, it's not cheap enough that I'll get it. If Virgin would sell it on the new Bell HSPA+ network, I might be tempted, though.

If you own the stick and let it expire, what does it cost to reactivate?

All I could get from customer service is that the expiration is re-set to 365 days every time a data pack is activated. They had no clue what would happen if you let it expire.

I'm confused. They are selling one month subscriptions, but the expiration period is 365 days. They also require a credit card for this subscription. It will be interesting whether they will take a foreign credit card.

The 365 day is for account expiration, not credit expiration. Credit expires 30 days after purchase or 1GB of usage, whichever comes first.

Note sure if they take foreign cards, but they do take Canadian prepaid cards.

Bank of Montreal has, in my opinion, the best Canadian prepaid card.

BMO Bank of Montreal - Credit Cards - BMO Prepaid Travel MasterCard
