A friend of mine is going to Venezuela for work. He will stay there for at least a year. Any ideas on how to make international calls on the first period before he gets a landline? Prepaid cards or international calls from cell phones etc? He is mostly interested in international calls at the beginning. He is not using the internet, so he is not familiar with voip etc |
