! Numbers Change For Thai Cellphones

Hello,

with September 1st 2006 the phone numbering system for thai cellphones changes.

From this day on all numbers will have 10 digits. This is made by adding a "8" as a mobie access code in front of the number.

Example: 093880018 will become 0893880018.

Till end of November the old numbers will be still accessable as well.
