Yes, hutch deliveres reliable high speed data from 256kbps (rural) to 3,6 Mbit (urban) with quite good rates.
Also the 2100 MHz 3G Network from Thai Mobile is spreading a lot trough BKK area, you can buy 1 GB of data valid for 2 weeks for 99 baht only ->
