If the client tops-up 10 € or more during the month in progress, or has a credit of over 10 € the last day of the month, the following month he will be able to talk for 5cts/min (5,9 cts/min Incl. VAT) without Minimum consumption. In the event of not having topped-up with 10 € or more, or having a credit lower than 10 € on the last day of the month in progress, the following month he will be able to talk for just 8cts/min (9,44 cts/min Incl. VAT) and the Minimum consumption would be 4 € (4,72 € Incl. VAT).
