Validity period

After the expiration date for outgoing calls the entire remaining credit is LOST!
You can restore it only if you make any top-up up in 5 days after the expiration date - in such case the lost credit will be available again after max. 2 days (it will be added to the value of the top-up).

Top-up refills

Orange Go and Pop are technically two Orange prepaid tariffs though Pop is now something a little bit like a "fake MVNO". The two prepaids share all the top-up channels and methods. There are no separate scratch cards or ATM options for Orange Go and Pop.
Retailers who sell prepaid top-ups may not displays labels with the Orange logo yet, but POP and/or Idea logos instead. Also ATMs may still be labeled with POP and/or Idea logos though on-screen menu should be upgraded to Orange.
Pop scratch cards remains valid until their expiration dates.

0800 numbers

Free calls to the Polish Telecom 0800 freephones (range 08001-08006) are available. However, some numbers from that range (usually local taxi corporations, but not only) are excluded. Calling 0800 lines is possible with zero credit too. Numbers possibly the most interesting for the foreign visitors are access numbers for calling cards: Telecard - 0800.125425 (http://www.telecard.cc, 0.31 PLN/min surcharge for 0800) and TelePIN (http://www.telepin.pl, 1.12PLN/min for 0800). Those access numbers are also available for free from Polish Telecom payphones (other calling card use non-PT 0800's which are available only from landlines or non-PT payphones).

Fax and 00800 numbers

It's possible to make fax calls. Also it's possible to receive "digital" faxes (i.e. those sent from ISDN or GSM networks) - no additional fax number is required in this case.
It's possible to make calls to "Zone 0", i.e. +800/00800 (international freephone). The fee is "national with the international debiting", i.e. PLN 0,80/min, debiting 60/60.
