Refill bonuses - Zelta Zivtina
All the prices listed in this page are considered using the starting kit or refill of LVL 0.99 which already includes
a bonus of LVL 0.36. All refill have bonuses so you always get an extra bonus,
which is part of your credit; that makes the actual rates much lower if you refill with bigger recharges.
If you refill through Hansa Banka you get 10% more bonus credit as well.
MegaWap
This tariff requires a special starting kit and it has only refills of LVL 1 and 3, with no bonus. So the basic tariff is almost identical to the basic Zelta Zivtina tariff, but you get cheaper data calls and promotionally free MMS till the end of 2007. Refilling with more LVL, Zelta Zivtina gets much cheaper than Megawap, except for data.
Nulles Tariff
There's a special tariff called "Nulles" with which you can call all Zelta Zivtina numbers for LVL 0.05 per call, to a maximum of 30 minutes each call. Promotionally those calls are totally free of charge. Other calls are billed at LVL 0.11/min (€ 0.16/min). SMS are LVL 2.00 to Tele2, LVL 4.00 to other national and international numbers, MMS are LVL 0.14. To keep this special tariff you must refill with LVL 7.00 every month. If you fail to do so, you'll go back to the normal Zelta Zivtina tariff.
Incoming calls bonus
For every incoming call in Latvia you get LVL 0.01/min which will be added to your credit after the next refill;
you can check your bonus credit dialing the number 789 (LVL 0.01 per call).
UMTS network
Tele2 has launched its UMTS (3G) network in Latvia, but prepaid customers are not able to use it by now and are limited to use GSM.
