UMTS network
LMT has launched its UMTS-HSDPA (3,5G) network in Latvia, and prepaid customers should be able to use it.

To activate international roaming send a message with the text V+ to
9319988 before leaving Latvia.
On international roaming you can make and receive calls and receive SMS.
Outgoing calls in Estonia and Lithuania have the same rates as in Latvia.
