- 1601 - Customer Care;
- Call register;
- SMS delivery notification;
- Call setup fee;
- Calling line identification presentation (CLIP);

- Choosing connection number;
- Migration from postpaid to prepaid and from prepaid to postpaid tariff plans.
Incoming calls bonus
For every incoming call minute from other Latvian mobile operators you get LVL 0.01 which will be added to your credit after the next refill; you can check your bonus credit anytime sending an SMS with text "?" to the number 1600 (SMS are free of charge).
SOS call or SMS
BiFri lets you send a last SMS or make a 30 second call when your account is out of money (SMS or call to any Latvian network, not foreign networks or value added numbers). One SMS or call per reload.
