Telepass Mobile offer is just another brand of Wind, not a real MVNO: you can use Wind refills, same customer care number (155, free of charge), same prefixes. The only bad thing is that none of the very interesting options by Wind can be activated.
Noi Telepass Mobile
You can call all other Telepass Mobile users with this option active at € 0.05/min (plus € 0.12 set-up fee, 60/60 billing) and text them at € 0.05 per SMS. This option is free to active but has a monthly fee of € 3.00.
