PrePaidGSM > Operators > International Carriers > CallBlue GSM

Presentation
Unlike many other international cards, CallBlue GSM has a very short list of free incoming calls countries, limited to the European Union 27 members, but it has a simple tariff scheme divided in few zones in order to make things easier.
IMPORTANT: CallBlue has a very particular "fair use policy" which is well hidden in their website; After 10 mins of incoming call in the EU, a £ 0.10/min charge will start to take effect from the 11th minute.
PROS
Good coverage. No set-up fee, simple tariff scheme.
CONS
Only 27 EU countries with free incoming calls, which are not free if you talk for more than 10 minutes.
