Government Mobile License & Administrative Fee
Government license and administration fee wil be imposed once you activate this Prepaid SIM Card: $15 for the first 180 days after activation will be waived, and $15 for 180 days will be deducted upon every recharge thereafter.
How to activate
Insert the SIM Card into the handset and call 24-hour service hotline 179 179, select language according to instructions, and
you will hear the pre-assigned mobile phone numbers, the stored-value of voice and short messages, and SIM Card's validity.
You will also receive a free short message containing the above information. You can then make calls immediately.
Note: Please activate the SIM Card before the expiry date stated on the back of the pack or it will be void.
