Calls within EMT network are free of charge starting from the second minute around the clock if Simpel card is recharged with at least EEK 150. The first minute is charged with regular price. The discount is valid until Simpel calling card is recharged with a value of less than EEK 150.
Calls to all Estonian mobile networks cost 90 cents per minute if Simpel card is recharged with at least EEK 200. The discount is valid until Simpel calling card is recharged with a value of less than EEK 200. Each call is charged with additional starting fee of EEK 0.90
