Calls within EMT network are free of charge starting from the second minute around the clock if Simpel card is recharged with at least EEK 150. The first minute is charged with regular price. The discount is valid until Simpel calling card is recharged with a value of less than EEK 150.

Prepaid card "Pop!"
There's another prepaid card from EMT called "Pop!". It has some limitations: no international calls and messsaging (but you can receive calls from abroad). You can find more information here (in Estonian).
