You pay both incoming and outgoing calls at the same rate.
Unlimited evenings & weekends
If you plan to call a lot on nights and weekends, you can activate this option at CA$ 25 (€ 18.00) per month and you get unlimited in/out calls from 7pm to 7am on working days and 0-24 on Saturdays and Sundays. You can choose if you want the recurring option or the 30 days option. In the first case you'll get unlimited n&w calls every month, while in the latter you just get them for 30 days.
Unlimited SMS and MMS bundles
There are also two other unlimited offers for text and picture messaging. The Unlimited text messaging option costs CA$ 10/month (€ 7.20) and you get unlimited SMS to Canada and continental USA. For the picture messaging option the cost is just CA$ 5/month (€ 3.60) and it's valid for MMS to Canada and continental USA.

911 Emergency service access fee
On the first day of each month, a CA$ 0.99 fee will be deducted from your Pay As You Go account to cover the provision of wireless access to emergency 911 services. However, calls you make to 911 from your Pay As You Go phone are at no charge.
