Buying and refilling UglyDuck
UglyDuck is an internet-based offer of Belgacom (Proximus) and not a real MVNO. You can buy the sim-card only online through their website, and it can be delivered only in Belgium. Refills can be done only through ATM or online with credit card (VISA or Mastercard issued in Belgium). If you are a Proximus Pay&go user you can switch to UglyDuck keeping both the number and the credit; you just need to order a new UglyDuck simcard and ask for the portability.
